Bogachiel Clinic is pleased to offer a FREE sport physical to students in grades 7 – 12 during the 2019-2020 school year.
On Monday, August 12th the Bogachiel Clinic will be providing free sports physicals to students grades 7 – 12 in the Forks High School Multi-Purpose Room between 5:30pm and 7:30 pm. Permission slips for physical completion and physical forms will be available on site.
