18 Jan Forks Ambulance offering CPR Class

The Forks Ambulance will be holding CPR class on the last Friday of every month from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Cost will be $50 per student. The class will consist of the American Heart Association Heartsaver Adult/Pediatric/Infant CPR with AED and 1st Aid.

Each student will be provided with an American Heart Association CPR book, a Laerdal CPR Pocket Mask and a CPR certification of completion E-Card. We can accommodate up to 15 students per class, larger classes will require advance notice.

People interested may contact me at (360) 374-6271 ext. 125 or by stopping by my office in the Ambulance Station between 8-2 p.m. Monday-Friday ( I may not be in the office due to 911 calls). Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing as they will be moving to and from the floor and performing chest compressions on CPR simulators. Once the class roster is full, that class will be closed to newcomers, so call early if you are interested in attending. Classes will be starting Feb. 23. See you there!
